McCain Divide and Conquer that’s exactly what we need in a leader!

As McCain campaigns for President he has approved messages against the goals of Obama that focus on the division of the Democratic Party.  I have yet to see a commercial of his that focuses on how the Republican Party will unify this nation. What will he do as a republican to change this country without dividing it even more so? If his attack ads against Obama are merely centered on the best way to divide the Democratic Party by attempting to gain votes from Hillary supporters, then he is openly showing this country that the only way to win a dispute (war) or however you see it is to divide, cause confusion, and attempt to conquer. Sounds familiar?We have had enough division between the U.S. and other Countries as it is. Our country is now torn apart by those who have and those who are not as fortunate to outlast this poor economy. Our children cannot receive loans for education so we are now divided by education and the lack there of.  Our health care, schools, means of travel, housing markets, social security all affected by the divisiveness of political temper tantrums. WE WANT OUR WAY! AND IF WE CAN’T HAVE IT WE’LL THROW POLITICAL FITS AND WHINE ABOUT WHAT OTHERS CANNOT DO!! This is what I’m hearing from McCain. What can McCain do for us that has not already been done and failed?

Is this the type of person that we really want to run our country? One who mimics the behavior Bush-the anti-Christ?  Some try to argue the inexperience of Barack Obama to be a leader… where was the criticism before you elected Bush’s alcoholic ass over Al Gore a man with years of experience in the White House?

If the basic fundamentals of leadership are lacking such as inspiring others to face immorality and NOT resting on his laurels then what use is he as a leader anyway? McCain is drawing voters from the factions of Bush and the hardcore pro Clinton followers, not his own ability to be President.

I believe McCain is prepared to lead this country…straight down the path of destruction. I believe he was so inspired by the ill will of President Bush that will do anything to follow in his footsteps including rip us apart as a country, as a people, and more importantly as voters.

Instead of questioning each other, we really need to focus on what his motives are. He fought for this country because it is a democracy now he is pitting democrats against each other for the sake of personal gain? If elected he will tear this country apart with pride-and the outcome will be worse than what the Bush administration set out to do.

The proof is in his actions now, not what he did yesterday…

Water and Sand a Perfect Mix

We had the luxury of escaping the Las Vegas desert heat and relaxing on the beaches of San Diego this summer. I discovered the water was not as warm as we thought it would be. I didn’t care at all and neither did the kids. Just being by the water was so euphoric. My moment of bliss- when I smelled the ocean for the first time in years.

I feel so high right now. I took a flexeril (muscle relaxer) to relieve the spasm in my back last night. My doctor prescribes a crap load of opium based narcotics to help with my myofascial pain syndrome and chronic muscle spasms, but I refuse to take them regularly because I have to be able to do something normal like FUNCTION.

The last time I went to the doctor I told him the meds are too strong his reply was I have given you the lowest doses available. So I asked if there was anything else I could take to keep my muscles from spasming that would not be so debilitating and he said “no”.

I hate pills! I hate the way they make me feel and behave and I really hate the crashing afterward. But there are times like today when I have no choice. If you are forced to swallow this devil candy be very careful not to get addicted. Your doctor won’t give a damn. If you get hooked he gets more kick backs from the pharmaceutical companies. He or she will gladly be your legal pusher.

I normally get massages and I have invested in a massage chair now. Hot baths before and after the massage normally works. I recently found out most insurances will pay for a massage– a not so good one but hey its insurance right. Here is the terrible truth to Myofascial pain– there is no cure. When your nerves feel like air hurts them the best thing to do is sit in a hot bath, and find the trigger point that has a spasm around it and press into it. It hurts like hell but so worth it.

Below is a perfect example of where your trigger points are. If you can find a massage therapist who specializes in a myofascial release of the spasms around these trigger points then your pain will reduce significantly.
